Key Features

How It Works

Two-agent collaboration:
  1. Friday 3 PM — Quick scans Slack, email, AWSentral. Scores relevance. Drops research signals for Kiro.
  2. Friday PM – Monday AM — Kiro browses Highspot, wikis, Partner Central. Writes enrichment files.
  3. Monday 10 AM — Quick merges everything into a consolidated Excel digest + executive brief.

Prerequisites

All of these are handled by the Setup Guides. Complete both the Quick and Kiro guides first, and you'll have everything below ready.

Setup Steps

  1. Open a Quick chat, drag in the downloaded setup guide, and say:
    Execute the attached setup file
Quick will configure both BeaconIQ agents (scanner + consolidator), set up the Kiro research hook, and run a first scan of your portfolio. You just confirm your customer account names.
  2. Wait for your first digest — the scanner runs Friday at 3 PM, Kiro researches over the weekend, and your consolidated digest arrives Monday at 10 AM.

Seer Console Deployment Guide

Setup Steps

  1. Deploy the cross-account member role via CloudFormation StackSets from your management account. This lets Seer discover services in all member accounts.
  2. Deploy the Seer stack (MVP or Full Production) via CloudFormation in us-east-1. The deployment guide walks through every console step.
  3. Trigger the first run — execute the Step Functions state machine manually to verify recommendations are generated.
Note: Seer's CloudFormation templates and deploy script are also available in the ~/Desktop/Alpha/AI & GenAI/Kiro & Quick Configs/Seer/ folder on your laptop.
